Job Summary

Provide expert endodontic treatment while leading clinical supervision and managing dental clinic operations. Design workflows and lead a team in a modern, digitally equipped setting with strict infection control.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized endodontic dental treatments to patients with precision and care
• Provide clinical supervision to ensure high standards of dental care and patient safety
• Manage daily operations of the dental clinic to maintain efficiency and quality service
• Design and implement clinical and operational workflows to optimize patient care and clinic performance
• Lead and coordinate a team of Oral Health Therapists (OHTs) and Dental Surgery Assistants (DSAs) to achieve clinical goals
• Adhere to strict infection control protocols within a modern, revamped clinical environment using digital record systems

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working in Public Service settings is an added advantage
• Participation in in-house and external training programs to enhance professional skills
