ENDOSCOPY NURSE
- Assist in the clinic’s day to day operations and functions.
- Provide nursing support.
- Provide endoscopy related support.
- Assist the Medical Director in the assigned clinic.
- Responsible for all aspects of customer service including but not limited to cashiering, appointment booking, and answering customer enquiries.
- Responsible for all matters pertaining to insurance, Medisave, and Letter of Guarantee(s).
- Liaise with customers, vendors, suppliers, and local regulatory bodies when required.
- Assist in the renewal of relevant licenses.
- Other duties assigned by the Medical Director as required.
