Endpoint Solution Architect

We’re looking for an Endpoint Solution Architect to join us at Telia.
I’m Tomas Niparavičius, Head of Endpoint Technologies, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on building secure, scalable and modern endpoint services across Telia environments.

What you’ll do:

Drive endpoint architecture strategy by combining deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder collaboration.
• Develop scalable, secure endpoint solutions across Windows, macOS, mobile and virtual platforms
• Create standards, architectures, and integration patterns to improve endpoint security and user experience
• Consult stakeholders across IT, security, and business teams on endpoint strategy and best practices
• Guide engineering teams and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture

What will help you thrive in this role:

You are a technically strong and business-aware professional who can translate complex needs into practical solutions.
• Proven experience in endpoint architecture, enterprise device management, or senior engineering roles
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, MEMCM (SCCM), Group Policy, endpoint security, and modern workplace technologies
• Experience with identity, certificates, and device compliance frameworks in enterprise environments
• Ability to design scalable solutions and drive outcomes across large, complex environments
• Curiosity and hands-on experience with automation and emerging technologies (e.g., AI-assisted tools, scripting, modern platforms)
• Fluency in English

Salary

Monthly salary range for this position – 4,320 - 6,480 Gross Eur + annual performance bonuses.
