Location: Cairo, Egypt
Job Type: Full time
Working days & hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (UK time).


Purpose of the Role
The Engagement & Adoption Analyst plays a key role in evaluating the success of delivered change by providing data driven insights into adoption, impact, and value.
The role supports the Engagement & Adoption Manager in tracking benefits, assessing outcomes, and ensuring that change initiatives achieve their intended objectives. It also ensures robust governance through accurate documentation and traceability of decisions, helping drive continuous improvement across change delivery.

What You’ll Do
• Analyse data to assess the impact, adoption, and effectiveness of delivered change initiatives.
• Track benefits, outcomes, and success measures to evaluate whether objectives are being met.
• Produce clear insights, reports, dashboards, and summaries to support decision-making.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improving adoption and delivery effectiveness.
• Support post implementation reviews by collating metrics, outcomes, and supporting evidence.
• Maintain accurate and traceable records of change decisions, approvals, and go/no go outcomes.
• Ensure alignment between objectives, delivery activities, and measurable outcomes.
• Support governance and audit requirements by providing structured, well-documented evidence.
• Collaborate with Product, Change, and Delivery teams to understand goals and performance metrics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by highlighting lessons learned and recommending improvements.
• Assist in tracking improvement actions and follow ups across change initiatives.
• Ensure all reporting and documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant with governance standards.

What You’ll Bring
• Experience in analysis, reporting, or insight generation within change, product, or transformation environments.
• Strong ability to work with data, metrics, and performance indicators to identify insights.
• Basic understanding of governance, audit, or assurance processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly in handling data and maintaining records.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends.
• Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely (written and visual formats).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Good stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in structured or regulated environments (preferred).
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and learning.
