This role sits within a high-performing product engineering team responsible for building and evolving critical CRM journeys focused on pre-sales experiences. You will contribute to the development of scalable, modern, and high-quality frontend solutions using React, directly impacting how users interact with core business workflows. The environment is highly collaborative, bringing together frontend and backend engineers, product managers, and designers in a mature, agile setup. You will play a key role in ensuring performance, maintainability, and scalability of frontend architecture while contributing to technical evolution and best practices. This is an opportunity to work on complex product challenges in a fast-moving SaaS ecosystem where your work will directly influence customer success and product adoption.

Accountabilities:

Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance frontend applications using React, ensuring alignment with modern architectural standards and CRM product needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, backend) to deliver features aligned with business and user requirements.
  • Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of development standards.
  • Contribute to the evolution of frontend architecture, including adoption of modern patterns, modularization, and performance optimization.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and development workflows, ensuring smooth and reliable delivery processes.
  • Document technical decisions and actively share knowledge within the engineering team to strengthen collective expertise.

    • Requirements

    Solid experience in frontend development with strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.

    • Strong understanding of frontend architecture principles, including component-based design, scalability, and maintainability.
    • Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows, including branching strategies and pull requests.
    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern delivery practices in agile environments.
    • Knowledge of design systems and modern frontend architecture patterns such as micro frontends.
    • Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams with strong communication and collaboration skills.
