Engineer (M&E / Renovation Works)

Full-Time | 6-Day Work Week | Singapore

We are looking for an Engineer to support and lead M&E and renovation works across multiple sites in Singapore.

This is a hands-on site role. You’ll be involved in real execution, site coordination, problem-solving, and working directly with consultants and clients. If you want exposure beyond paperwork, this role gives it.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support daily site operations, projects and installation works
• Plan, coordinate, and lead manpower, materials, and subcontractors
• Monitor progress, quality, and site safety
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and internal teams
• Read, interpret, and work from drawings and specifications
• Prepare daily site reports and progress updates
• Night works required

Requirements

• Ability to hands-on and lead by examples
• 3–4 years of hands-on and site experience in M&E / renovation / construction
• Able to read drawings and manage site coordination works
• Comfortable working on-site and handling multiple tasks
• Willing to learn, step up, and take responsibility for assigned works
• Able to communicate clearly with workers and consultants
• Class 2B / Class 3 driving licence required
