\u2022\tCreate 3D models of MEP services at different levels of development, including coordination with other trade
<\/div>
<\/div>
services, shop drawings, and coordination drawings.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tConduct point cloud to BIM conversion, Revit family creation, and Builders work drawings.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tPerform self\-quality checks and generate drawings to meet customer requirements.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tAct as a supportive and motivating team member, guiding trainees.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tWork effectively under pressure, maintaining balance.

<\/div>

Qualification, Experience, and Skills:<\/b>

\u2022\tB.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

\u2022\tOver 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in US BIM projects.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tInsights on Fabrication CADMEP & Dynamo are advantageous.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tProficient in Revit & Navisworks Manage software.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tStrong verbal and written communication skills in English.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tTeam player with listening and motivational abilities in diverse MEP projects.
