Engineer - Electrical
- MEP Design Coordination and review of drawings <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Estimate the cost of electrical power systems, including labour, materials and equipment.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Assist in the development of specifications for new building projects by integrating MEP with other disciplines such as architecture, engineering and interior design.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Design and document electrical power systems for residential/commercial buildings, including lighting control systems and distribution panels.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Handling Contractor bill certification, measurement<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Must\-have Skills:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/u>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>- Having exposure in real estate, high\-rise, or building construction<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>Preferred Skills/Experience:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/u>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>- Practical Construction Knowledge must<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Exposure in AutoCAD<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Preferred \- Knowledge about Building Information Modelling (BIM), if any<\/span><\/span><\/span>
