We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Engineer for\nour Drilling & Cable Anchoring project at Orange Gate, Mumbai. The\ncandidate should have hands\-on experience in site execution activities,\nmanpower handling, billing, planning, and coordination of daily site\noperations.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Supervise and execute drilling and cable\nanchoring activities at site
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate daily site operations and ensure work\nprogress as per project schedule
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Handle manpower allocation and site workforce\nmanagement
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepare and maintain site execution reports
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support billing and planning activities related\nto project execution
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and\nproject teams
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure quality and safety compliance at project\nsite
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitor equipment utilization and work\nproductivity
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain proper communication with client/site\nmanagement
<\/p>

Requirements<\/h3>
Experience<\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Minimum 3+ years of experience in:
<\/p>
o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Drilling\nactivities
<\/p>
o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Cable\nanchoring works
<\/p>
o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Site\nexecution
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Billing & planning
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Manpower handling
<\/p>
Skills Required<\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Good coordination and communication skills
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to manage site activities independently
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Knowledge of project execution and reporting

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Basic understanding of construction and\ngeotechnical activities
