Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Semiconductors Ind Pvt Ltd, Mumbai, India is currently seeking applicants for an Engineer Facility

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Upkeep and Maintenance of Facility and Utility Equipment’s.

· Liaise with outside contractors on Infrastructure and equipment repairs.

· Respond to Work orders related to Infrastructure. Recording, Tracking and Closure of Work Orders.

· Measurement & monitoring of various parameters of utility & facility equipment’s.

· Maintain Documents and Records as required by ISO 9K, 14K, 45K system

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for electrical installations, repairs & maintenance of utility equipment & electrical outlets.

· Responsible for maintenance / repairs of substation & all other electric panel.

· Responsible for providing utility resources such as water, compressed air, vacuum, electrical power, air-conditioner & gases during production hours.

· Attending the breakdown of utility equipment.

· Responsible for completing preventive maintenance of utility equipment as per schedule and maintaining records.

· Attending water & air leakages in piping.

· Measurement & monitoring of various parameters of utility and facility equipment’s.

· Spare parts management including procurement, storage & disposal of damaged / scrap parts.

· Support infrastructure repairs for all locations.

· Facility supports for new projects & infrastructure improvement activities.

· Ensured to have filled gas cylinders are available & loaded in manifold.

· Liaison with Service Providers for Maintenance of Utility Equipment’s.

· Maintaining Records of the above.

What will you bring along:

• Should have Min 4+ yrs of exp in Facility Maintenance and supervision.
• Support maintenance of ISO 14K & 45K systems.
• Support EHS activities.
• Adhere to company policies, discipline, rules & regulation.
• Support company level programs such as 5S, Safety etc.
• Support local procurement & purchases of mechanical / electrical spares.
