Engineer

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a Project Engineer with hands-on experience in industrial facilityconstruction projects. The role involves site coordination, QA/QC activities,inspections, subcontractor management, and material procurement. The idealcandidate will support daily site operations, ensure compliance with approveddrawings and specifications, and contribute to timely project delivery forlarge-scale semiconductor or industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily site inspections to ensure installations (e.g., exhaust ducting, drainage systems) comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with main contractors and subcontractors to resolve site issues, clashes, and technical discrepancies.
  • Monitor project progress and support adherence to construction schedules and milestones.
  • Oversee QA/QC activities, including material receiving inspections and post-installation inspections.
  • Prepare punch lists for non-conforming works and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly site reports, inspection records, and QA/QC documentation to clients.
  • Manage material procurement activities, including quantity verification, quality checks, and coordination with vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or related discipline).
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience or candidates with 1–2 years of site engineering experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in industrial facilities, semiconductor, or wafer fabrication projects is an advantage.
  • Relevant safety and quality certifications are preferred (e.g., WSH, Work at Height)

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of site supervision, construction methods, and QA/QC processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Good coordination and communication skills for working with contractors, vendors, and clients.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills with attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address site issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and construction industry regulations.
