Engineer I Technical Support Quote to Book

By joining us as an Engineer I Technical Support, Quote to Book, you will be providing technical sales and application support to Emerson Process Management—Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) in generating quotations for ANZ operating units. In This Role, Your Responsibilities will be to:

Handle proposal preparation and quotation management.
Perform commercial or technical screening of orders.
Process order entry and booking.
Monitor workload management.
Communicate with the customers and support internal ANZ sales engineers via emails and calls.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any engineering related courses.
Basic knowledge of Instrumentation Engineering Principles.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Basic knowledge of Emerson Products (ISOLATION VALVES)
Minimum 1.5 years of actual experience in proposal generation and order management for process automation, control and optimization technologies and services
