To manage new packaging material (PM) development activities. Responsible for sourcing new PM properly to serve customer needs and meet their specification by complying with FDA and customer regulations. Manage all compatibility full tests. All new packaging quick test. Determine essential packing documents such as packaging specification, Test method filling specification, FG specification and FG BOM.
- Accountability to conduct all packaging material testing, Compatibility testing, transit testing(vibration), Fill weight testing, and be involved in pilot batch, testing to ensure the product will be compliant with customer requirements, bulk limitation, and related regulations.
- Devise the document such as packaging specification, filling specification, and Finish Goods specification, FG BOM determination, compatibility protocol and report. Functional test. Design and development review, etc.
- Provide the necessary tools, equipment to support PM development
- Participate in and support new PM development with BD team, PCD, PD.
- Involved in the KPI for PM development
