Responsible for leading end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable value. The role drives cross-functional coordination, governance, and performance management, enabling successful and scalable implementation of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
Manage the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure)
Develop and maintain projects plans, schedules and milestones
Ensure delivery of projects on time w/in scope, and w/in budget
Identify and manage risks, issues and dependecies
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
Collaborate w/ stakeholders across Operations, Engineer, IT and other busiiness functions
Facilitate project reviews, governance forums, and decision making sessions
Provide regular status updates and executive report
Act as the primary liaison between business and technical team
3. Strategic Alignment & Value Delivery
Align projection w/ organizational strategy and transformation roadmap
Monitor KPIs and business impact
Support benefit realization and portfolio/program prioritization initiatives
4. Resource & Team Management
Plan and optimize resource allocation across projects
Drive team performance, collaboration and accountability
Mentor team member and contribute to PM capability development
5. Digital & Process Excellence
Utilize project tools (MS Project, Dashboard, Analytics, AI) for tracking and reporting
Apply data driven decision making and performance monitoring
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and digital enablement
