Mission Statement & Summary

As a mid-level UI (React) Engineer at NewDay, you’ll build and improve Reactbased applications that support our digital platforms and internal users, with a real focus on delivering value and quality. You’ll take ownership of features endtoend, working in a modern Azure environment and contributing to continuous delivery as we move towards a full CI/CD model.

You’ll join a collaborative, highcalibre engineering team where learning, quality, and impact matter. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills, work closely with senior engineers, and make a tangible difference.

How you’ll contribute

  • Design, develop and test highquality, scalable user interfaces using React

  • Translate product requirements and designs into clean, efficient, and reusable code

  • Build modular, testable components and frontend architectures

  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners to deliver userfocused solutions

We're looking for these essential skills

  • A minimum 2 years of experience in React

  • Experience with GraphQL

  • Experience in distributed version control systems (e.g. Git).

  • Experience in testing your own products

It’s a plus if you have these skills

  • Experience developing with Typescript

  • Experience writing automated tests using Cypress

  • Experience in FinTech
