Position Summary
<\/h3>

We are seeking a skilled and detail\-oriented Manufacturing NPI Engineer to support product manufacturing activities from customer requirement analysis through process implementation and production support. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands\-on manufacturing experience, and excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
<\/h3>
  • Understand customer product requirements and design manufacturing processes to meet quality, cost, and delivery expectations.
    <\/li>
  • Prepare and maintain manufacturing process flow documents and work instructions.
    <\/li>
  • Create and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) and upload/update data in ERP systems.
    <\/li>
  • Design and develop production jigs and fixtures to improve manufacturing efficiency and consistency.
    <\/li>
  • Implement Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and ensure all updates are properly documented and executed.
    <\/li>
  • Resolve technical and process\-related queries with customers and internal stakeholders.
    <\/li>
  • Manage product configuration and maintain accurate configuration records.
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate customer communication related to manufacturing processes, engineering updates, and production status.
    <\/li>
  • Support First Article Inspection (FAI) activities and drive process improvements to achieve high production yield.
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate with production, quality, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

    Required Skills & Qualifications
    <\/h3>
    • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering practices.
      <\/li>
    • Proven work experience in the manufacturing industry.
      <\/li>
    • Good understanding of BOM management, ERP systems, ECN implementation, and configuration management.
      <\/li>
    • Experience in jig and fixture development.
      <\/li>
    • Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills.
      <\/li>
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
      <\/li>
    • Ability to work independently and in cross\-functional teams.
      <\/li><\/ul>

      Preferred Qualifications
      <\/h3>
      • Bachelor\u2019s degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
        <\/li>
      • Experience with FAI documentation and production validation processes.
        <\/li>
      • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement practices is an advantage.
