We are seeking a skilled and detail\-oriented Manufacturing NPI Engineer to support product manufacturing activities from customer requirement analysis through process implementation and production support. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands\-on manufacturing experience, and excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
<\/h3>- Understand customer product requirements and design manufacturing processes to meet quality, cost, and delivery expectations.
<\/li> - Prepare and maintain manufacturing process flow documents and work instructions.
<\/li> - Create and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) and upload/update data in ERP systems.
<\/li> - Design and develop production jigs and fixtures to improve manufacturing efficiency and consistency.
<\/li> - Implement Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and ensure all updates are properly documented and executed.
<\/li> - Resolve technical and process\-related queries with customers and internal stakeholders.
<\/li> - Manage product configuration and maintain accurate configuration records.
<\/li> - Coordinate customer communication related to manufacturing processes, engineering updates, and production status.
<\/li> - Support First Article Inspection (FAI) activities and drive process improvements to achieve high production yield.
<\/li> - Collaborate with production, quality, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
<\/li><\/ul>Required Skills & Qualifications
<\/h3>- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering practices.
<\/li> - Proven work experience in the manufacturing industry.
<\/li> - Good understanding of BOM management, ERP systems, ECN implementation, and configuration management.
<\/li> - Experience in jig and fixture development.
<\/li> - Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills.
<\/li> - Good verbal and written communication skills.
<\/li> - Ability to work independently and in cross\-functional teams.
<\/li><\/ul>Preferred Qualifications
<\/h3>- Bachelor\u2019s degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
<\/li> - Experience with FAI documentation and production validation processes.
<\/li> - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement practices is an advantage.
