Engineer Quality Assurance
Role Responsibilities:
- Maintain & strengthen process & product quality assurance policies, processes, procedures and system with compliance with CISB requirements.
- Establish and supervises process audit plan, sampling inspection plan, process & product qualification.
- Implement system for CISB product quality performance metrics data collection for trends, measurement and reporting accurately and timely for process improvement.
- Supervises processes that identify and/or manage risk in product development, utilizing PPAP core elements (e.g. PFMEA, MSA, Process Flow and Control Plans, etc.).
- Investigate quality escapes, root cause analysis, and develops proposals for corrective action for design problems for internally produced products & processes using Quality tools (such as 8D, RRCA, DIVE etc) in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.
- Be proactive to meet or exceed customers expectations on quality matters.
- Practice continuous improvement projects (Kaizen).
- Identify training needs and training plan for the customer quality team in different levels.
- Carry out Carrier Excellence activities in accordance to corporate requirements.
- Maintain and improve Quality of ISO 9001:2015 and other quality assurance systems of the company.
- Prepare and present reports and metrics to Manager and senior management/ customer on the performance of the quality.
- Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality.
- Other duties and tasks assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent with 2-5 years experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
- Experienced in Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), FMEA, MSA, 8D reporting, and PDCA.
- Knowledgeable in QC 7 Tools.
- Working experience in Air Handling Unit (AHU) with good understanding of HVAC systems is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, electronics and controls are required.
- Basic knowledge in manufacturing processes such as sheet metal fabrication, extrusion, molding, finishing process and unit assembly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to read & understand CAD drawings.
- Able to read & understand wiring diagrams and layouts.
