Engineer- Sales & Marketing

Leminar Global is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our Sales team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have a background in technical sales and a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth and success.

  • Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies, targeting potential clients and promoting our range of chillers and related products.
  • You will be the face of our company, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
  • Identify and target potential clients, building a strong sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, assisting them in selecting the right products for their needs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing our products' features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure a smooth sales process and accurate technical information.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the team.
  • Generate accurate sales forecasts and reports, ensuring data integrity.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to represent our company and network with potential clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the HVAC or chiller industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of chillers and related products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
  • Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
