<\/p>- Should be having part development\n experience in following Automobile Applications e.g. 2W/ 3W / 4W or LCV<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Good understanding of\n different processes of NPD\-part development. (PPAP / APQP / Tool development\n & Process proving)<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Knowledge of Plastics and Rubber, Vacuum\n forming process, Injection molding and machining processes<\/span>
<\/li>- Knowledge of Welding,\n Fabrication, Powder coating and painting processes<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Knowledge of Tool Monitoring (Tool maintenance, Tool validation and Tool life monitoring)<\/span>
<\/li>- Well experienced in conducting process\n audit at supplier end and follow up actions for effective closure<\/span>
<\/li>- Hands on experience in Problem solving\n through 8D, QC Story approach<\/span>
<\/li>- Knowledge and experience in PFMEA &\n Control plan<\/span>
