Engineering Assistant/ Technician (Chemical Lab, 12 hours shifts, East region)
Responsibilities:
- Operate lab equipment for failure analysis, physical characterization, and quality control.
- Monitor SPC and calibrate IMTE to ensure equipment quality.
- Follow lab procedures and cleanroom protocols.
- Meet measurement cycle time and perform timely calibration.
- Operate equipment according to SOP.
- Maintain lab cleanliness and order.
- Assist in special projects assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Physics, Material Science, or related Engineering field.
- Preferably 2 years of lab or semiconductor industry experience.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with SEM/EDX, SRP is an advantage.
- Willing to work on shifts as needed.
