Engineering Device Technician

Role and Responsibilities

  • Yield and parametric review,
  • Daily review of Yield issues
  • Perform Parametric analysis of production and engineering material
  • Communicate yield issues to shift team
  • Work with both the Manufacturing and Engineering team to,
  • Review and disposition hold lots
  • Identify and investigate Scrap events, create Near miss and Scrap Incident reports
  • Use Kill die and Maverick Die Elimination techniques to reject die
  • Perform additional inking to support device and outgoing inspections teams
  • Submit Failure analysis and interpret the results
  • Perform initial investigation and provide key weekend support

Experience, Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Worked in a high-volume manufacturing environment preferably with Fab/Test experience

Additional Notes

The successful candidate will be required to work both in an office and clean room environment. A familiarity with computer software packages such as excel would be beneficial.
