Engineering Lead, Security Operations
You will refine the security roadmap, drive operational excellence in vulnerability management and incident response, and create technology strategy for security automation. You will hire, mentor, and grow distributed security engineers, lead large cross-functional security projects, own resource planning and hiring, and communicate complex security solutions to stakeholders.

Requirements
- 8+ years of technical experience including full-time security engineering or software engineering
- 3+ years of leadership experience as a formal people manager
- Experience leading distributed teams across time zones
- Deep understanding of vulnerability management, incident response, security monitoring, and secure coding practices
- Experience with cloud security and network security
- Player-coach skillset with ability to provide technical guidance while managing people and processes
- Ability to write scripting-level code in Python, Go, or bash
- Experience with SIEM tools, security scanning, and monitoring platforms
- Computer science fundamentals including concurrency, algorithms, and data structures (formal CS degree not required)
