Lead the technology strategy and execution of ecommerce, customer engagement and personalized communications and customer experiences across the entire stack. Oversee platforms including Telia Public Web, Content Management System, eShop, CDP (Customer Data Platform). Drive technical excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and platform reliability ensuring fast time to market.

Your key areas of responsibility include:

  • Defining and executing the technology strategy for eCommerce and Engagement domains.
  • Driving technology stack consolidation and reducing operational complexity across digital channels.
  • Ensuring service quality, reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
  • Managing supplier ecosystems and strategic technology partners.
  • Collaborating closely with business, product, marketing, customer care, and technology teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Building a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and simplification.

Who we're looking for

People and technology leader with deep expertise in ecommerce, marketing technologies and transactional systems. Skilled in deploying SaaS/PaaS solutions at scale, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration. Drives platform unification, team performance, and continuous improvement in digital commerce.

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience as Engineering leader in the areas of eCommerce, marketing technologies, and transactional systems.
  • Skilled in vendor management and collaboration with 3rd-party suppliers.
  • Experience successfully leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives, aligning diverse stakeholders, and delivering business outcomes through effective prioritization and execution.
  • Outcome-focused and pragmatic, with a strong bias towards excellence through out of the box SaaS/PaaS features over custom development.
  • Experience overseeing traffic orchestration initiatives, with strong understanding of strategies to manage and optimize digital traffic flows.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong drive for experimentation, cost optimization and continuous simplification.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and UX principles is a valuable advantage.

Monthly salary range for this position – 5500-8200 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
