Engineering Manager – Zephyr Enterprise

Product Intro:

Zephyr Enterprise is undergoing a transformation to better align our products to the end users’ requirements while maintaining our market leading position and strong brand reputation across the Test Management Vertical.

From an engineering perspective, we use Cloud solutions on AWS with a mix of SaaS & on-premises deployments. Our high-performance team of engineers use many of the modern good practices for software development, such as (a lot of) test automation, test-driven development (TDD), progressive rollouts and more.

About the role:

As an Engineering Manager you will promote a culture of collaboration and innovation leading to success. Your teams may span multiple locations.

  • Lead, coach, and mentor engineers developing both existing and new initiatives across the Zephyr portfolio.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within your team.
  • Partner closely with PMs, UX, and peer engineering teams to deliver impactful business outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement throughout the full software development lifecycle.
  • Apply Agile methodologies to ensure efficient delivery, testing, and deployment.
  • Define and measure processes and metrics that ensure market readiness and customer value.

We are looking for you if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience managing software development teams.
  • Background in SaaS companies and exposure to on-premise deployments with distributed teams preferred.
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Strong software development experience and ability to coach engineers.
  • Knowledge of public and private cloud technologies.
  • Ability to turn high-level goals into actionable plans with clear deliverables
