Technical Assistant

• Working Days: Monday - Friday

• Working Time: 9am to 6pm

• Working Location: Balestier Road

• Salary: $ 2800 - $ 3000

Requirements:

• Min ITE

• Min 2 years experience in handling building authority submission

• Familiar with submission portal (Corenet 2.0). Knowledge or prior experience in Corenet X is a plus

• Knowledge in authority requirement from various departments, such as URA, BCA, LTA, NParks, NEA and PUB

• Proficient in AutoCAD, knowledge or prior experience in Autodesk Revit is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate and liaise with project handler, authority officer and other stakeholders to follow up and resolve authority comments and written directions

• Manage and maintain project status and project timeline to ensure delivery of project as scheduled
