About the Agents Ecosystem Group

The Agents Ecosystem Group is on a mission to make monday.com the place where agents accomplish real work. We enable external agents to operate, collaborate, and execute workflows natively within monday.com, moving beyond simple integrations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team of engineers to build scalable and impactful solutions.

  • Collaborate with product and design teams to create seamless user experiences and unlock new business opportunities.

  • Drive innovation while ensuring robust, production-ready code across our tech stack.

  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of learning and ownership.

  • Define and execute the group’s technical and strategic vision in partnership with leadership.

  • Work within a tech stack that includes Node.js, Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Redis, and MySQL, operating in a microservices and microfrontends environment, focused on quick, iterative development cycles.

Requirements

  • Experience managing engineering teams and leading projects hands-on from inception to completion.

  • Skilled in centralizing team activities such as feature development, automation, testing, bug management, and agile iteration planning.

  • Proven ability to develop features end-to-end, collaborating with UI/UX, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch analysis.

  • Passion for both client-side and server-side development.

  • Demonstrated ability to scale teams, nurture talent, and handle high-pace hiring.

  • Strong technical and product skills with a track record of delivering high-impact products and tools.

  • Impact-driven: focused on metrics, ensuring every team initiative moves the needle and resources are maximized each quarter.

  • Comfortable maintaining a strong hands-on technical role while leading the team.

  • Team player with excellent communication skills, empathy, and adaptability within a fast-paced environment.

  • Prior experience building B2D (Business to Developers) products is an advantage.
