Engineering Technician (High OT | AWS | VB)

About the Role

We are hiring a hands-on Engineering Technician to support the daily operations of a temperature-controlled cold storage facility. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in refrigeration, facilities, or industrial maintenance who are comfortable working independently and on rotating shifts.

Working Location: Pandan Loop, Singapore

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday (Rotating Shifts):

• 7:00am – 3:00pm or

• 3:00pm – 9:00pm

(8 working hours inclusive of a 1-hour break)

Saturday (Rotational):

• 7:00am – 1:00pm

• 11:00am – 7:00pm

Sunday:

• 8:30am – 5:00pm (Alternate Sunday OT)

✅ Public holidays worked on rotation
✅ OT paid at x1.5, Sunday x2

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot refrigeration and cold-room systems

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building and equipment

• Support warehouse and logistics operations

• Troubleshoot faults to ensure smooth daily operations

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and maintenance standards
  

Requirements

• NTC 2 or equivalent qualification, or relevant technical experience

• Experience in refrigeration, cold storage, factory, or warehouse environments preferred

• Able to work independently and manage shift-based schedules

• Willing to commit to overtime when required

• Comfortable working in a cold-room environment
