Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to various proficiency levels.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students achieve language proficiency goals.
• Stay updated on language teaching trends and continuously improve teaching techniques.
• Student care and discipline
• Student academic progression monitoring and counselling
• Invigilate, mark and record exams/assessments results
• Other academic duties

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification.
• Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
• Passion for teaching and cultural exchange.
