Position Overview:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic Enrollment & Support Specialist to join our team and help parents make informed decisions about enrolling their children in our math & English tutoring programs and provide ongoing support once they’ve joined. You’ll connect with parents through video conferencing software, share the benefits of our quality math tutoring program, and guide them through the crucial decision of enrolling their children. You’ll support them by ensuring they have all the information they need to see success and handle their requests promptly to guarantee they have an outstanding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Note: This is primarily a sales and customer support role with some administrative duties.
- Manage the lead nurture sales pipeline via CRM software.
- Conduct live video consultation sessions with parents and their kids to help them make an informed decision.
- Facilitate the child’s assessment session during consultation calls.
- Address parents’ questions about pricing, schedules, tutors, and curricula.
- Ensure a smooth enrollment process for parents interested in our programs.
- Answer customer support queries via our ticket management system.
- Facilitate communication between parents, students, and tutors.
- Manage billing and financial data.
- Maintain utmost discretion and privacy of sensitive data and information.
- Come up with solutions to problems as they arise.
Requirements
Prerequisites & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (education, business, sales, customer service) is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ideal candidate gets energized from interacting with new people daily.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Enthusiasm for education and a passion for helping students succeed.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to address parent concerns effectively.
- Prior experience in sales, educational counseling, or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven.
- Work during US Shift (4am - 12pm PHST / 3pm - 11pm CST).
- Strong organizational, task prioritization, and time & energy optimization skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM, and AI tools or similar software.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
