In this role as an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a direct and visible part in advancing this mission with our enterprise customers in Germany.

The role

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you are uniquely positioned to accelerate AI adoption and enablement by delivering a value proposition that sits at the core of German enterprises’ transformation strategies:

  • Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts in Germany.

  • Be responsible for winning new customers and growing existing ones.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

You’ll work closely with Customer Success, Marketing and Product to bring the best of Multiverse StackFuel to our customers and drive measurable business outcomes for them.

What you’ll do

  • Ramp up quickly on the Multiverse GTM playbook, supported by market‑leading sales training and a strong development culture.

  • Apply and master the MEDDICC methodology to qualify, manage and scale your pipeline and opportunities.

  • Own new business activities in our most strategic enterprise accounts – including building and nurturing relationships with decision-makers at C‑level and C‑2.

  • Deeply understand your prospects’ challenges around digital transformation, capacity, capabilities and diversity – and position Multiverse StackFuel solutions in a way that clearly links to their strategic priorities and business outcomes.

  • Systematically build champions to win new logos, convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and develop accounts into strategic key accounts.

  • Build, grow and manage your own portfolio of strategic existing customers with a long-term, value-based approach.

What you’ll bring

  • You have 3+ years of closing experience in an enterprise B2B sales environment

  • You have a proven track record in creating and driving new business and are always looking for ways to grow business with your clients through strategic approaches

  • You can build and deliver a thorough end-to-end sales process

  • Experience working with MEDDICC or a similar qualification framework.

  • Proven top performance in previous roles, with strong target orientation and a clear drive to win.

  • You are high energy and driven to continually raise the bar in terms of performance and expectations

  • Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken.

  • Strong interest in technological developments in AI and in how these can be translated into effective learning experiences.

Hybrides Arbeiten

Für die meisten Rollen arbeiten wir drei Tage pro Woche gemeinsam im Büro, mit Ausnahme von Coaches und Trainer:innen, die alle zwei Monate vor Ort zusammenkommen.

Bis zu 10 Tage pro Jahr kannst Du von überall aus der EU, dem EWR und der Türkei arbeiten.
