This role sits at the intersection of enterprise sales and fintech innovation, focused on transforming how mortgage and lending institutions evaluate and onboard borrowers.
You will be responsible for driving full-cycle enterprise sales of complex SaaS solutions into the financial services and mortgage ecosystem.
The position requires a strategic, consultative approach to engaging senior decision-makers across lending organizations.
You will operate in a high-growth environment where AI-powered workflow automation is reshaping underwriting, fraud detection, and credit decisioning.
A key part of your impact will be expanding market adoption among large, sophisticated financial institutions with multi-stakeholder buying processes.
This is a remote role with a strong preference for West Coast–based professionals who can engage closely with regional enterprise accounts.
Success in this role means consistently winning new enterprise logos while shaping long-term partnerships in a highly competitive market.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close within the mortgage and financial services sector.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive urgency, progress complex opportunities, and consistently achieve or exceed quota targets.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales engineering, solutions, product, and operations teams to support enterprise deal execution.
  • Build and deliver compelling executive-level presentations that align multiple stakeholders and drive consensus in complex buying environments.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and detailed opportunity tracking in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, articulating value-based solutions that improve lending workflows and decisioning efficiency.
  • Contribute to team success by mentoring and supporting peers while sharing best practices for enterprise selling in fintech environments.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
    • 6+ years of solution or value-based SaaS selling experience, with at least 3+ years as a top-performing Enterprise Account Executive.
    • Proven track record of consistently winning new enterprise logos and exceeding individual sales quotas.
    • Strong experience selling into fintech, financial services, mortgage, or lending verticals is highly preferred.
    • Deep understanding of complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long enterprise decision processes.
    • Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, and structured pipeline management.
    • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior decision-makers and navigate high-value negotiations.
    • Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving environments.
    • Experience with API-driven or platform-based SaaS solutions is a strong plus.
