About the Role
Zilliz is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive our expansion in South Korea. As part of our global Sales team, you will play a key role in building and scaling our presence in one of the most dynamic and fast-growing AI and data infrastructure markets.
At Zilliz, our Sales team is dedicated to accelerating customer success through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships. In this role, you will work closely with enterprise customers across South Korea, helping them navigate their data and AI transformation journeys using cutting-edge vector database technology.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own and develop your territory, engaging senior business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities, drive complex sales cycles, and deliver long-term value. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Architects, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure customer success from initial engagement through expansion.

What you will do
Proactively prospect for new customers via email, social media, cold calling, and events
Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and SDRs to build and generate a strong sales pipeline
Manage and qualify inbound leads, converting them into high-quality opportunities
Apply a solution-selling approach to help customers identify, quantify, and address their business challenges through Zilliz’s value proposition
Orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver an optimal end-to-end customer experience
Leverage the MEDDIC sales methodology to effectively manage and advance sales cycles
Engage existing customers to drive product adoption and uncover expansion opportunities
Successfully negotiate and close complex enterprise sales deals
Evangelize Zilliz’s value proposition and key differentiators, helping customers quantify impact against their business priorities
Consistently deliver accurate ACV/TCV forecasts
Be a collaborative and inspiring teammate who contributes to a high-performing, results-driven culture
What we are looking for
Self-starter with a strong desire to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment
Resilient and persistent, with the ability to recover quickly from setbacks and maintain a “never give up” attitude
Passion for open-source technologies and AI/ML products
5+ years of sales experience in SaaS, PaaS, or Big Data companies
Experience working in an early-stage company, with the ability to navigate and succeed in a fast-growing organization
Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas
Established relationships with CIOs and other executive-level decision-makers
Proven experience selling $250K+ ACV deals to cloud-native, digital-native companies and AI startups
Strong drive to deliver exceptional results
Demonstrates humility, seeks feedback and coaching, and embraces a growth mindset
High EQ, with the ability to collaborate effectively internally and engage customers externally
