Enterprise Account Manager

 Portfolio Management \u2013 Manage a strong portfolio of enterprise customers \nand guide them strategically to achieve their objectives.
<\/span> \n Revenue Growth \u2013 Drive new business opportunities within existing accounts \nand identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas. Identify and \ncapitalize on upselling and cross\-selling opportunities across C\-suite \nstakeholders.
<\/span> \n Account Planning \u2013 Develop and execute account plans aligned with client \ngoals.
<\/span> \n Contract Negotiation \u2013 Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize \nprofitability.
<\/span> \n Relationship Building \u2013 Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with \nkey accounts and executive sponsors.
<\/span> \n Business Reviews \u2013 Conduct regular reviews to track progress and ensure \nongoing satisfaction. Communicate monthly/quarterly initiative updates to \ninternal and external stakeholders.
<\/span> \n Forecasting \u2013 Forecast and track key account metrics (quarterly sales results, \nannual forecasts).
<\/span> \n Issue Resolution \u2013 Handle challenging client requests and manage escalations \neffectively.
<\/span>\n Collaboration \u2013 Work closely with cross\-functional teams (sales, marketing, \nproduct, engineering) to deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements<\/h3>
 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management or related roles.
<\/div>
 Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional \nservice.
<\/div>
\n Experience with SaaS or enterprise\-based products preferred.
<\/div>
\n Proven ability in solution/concept selling (CRM, ERP, SaaS, CPaaS solutions).
<\/div>

\n Ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all \norganizational levels, including C\-suite.
<\/div>
\n Expertise in CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel).
<\/div>
\n Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with attention to detail.
<\/div>
\n Willingness to travel as required.
