Enterprise Accounts Sales Manager, Devices and Services

The Platforms & Devices Business Organization team brings the best of Google’s software and hardware to our users through our Google-branded hardware portfolio, including Pixel, Google Nest, and other categories.

As an Enterprise Accounts Sales Manager, you will be responsible for hardware sales partnerships directly with business customer accounts. You will develop business strategy and tactics to range existing hardware, manage purchase and promotion agreements, handle new and end-of-life offers to enterprises, and drive business performance. This role is heavily focused on new acquisition, requiring proactive customer prospecting to establish new funnel growth and uncover greenfield accounts. You will manage partnerships with large enterprise accounts, including negotiating commercial terms, managing channel fulfillment options, marketing, post-sale support, and overall market share goals.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $145000 - $212000 (USD) + 53.85% bonus target + equity + benefits

  • Drive sales, business development, and forecasting to achieve strategic goals by leading B2B customers through the entire business cycle.
  • Identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer objections, and develop strategies to resolve blockers.
  • Manage multi-quarter forecasts, sales plans, and transactions involving contract terms and pricing.
  • Prospect daily into greenfield accounts to establish new funnel growth and opportunity.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, and finance teams to develop proposals and align objectives to goals.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in B2B or enterprise account management, direct sales, or hardware sales.
  • Experience prospecting new accounts, managing sales pipelines, and leading sales cycles.
  • Experience managing transactions involving contract terms and pricing.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
  • Experience developing enterprise account strategies and business growth opportunities in collaboration with customers.
  • Experience in enterprise sales within the Healthcare, Construction, Media, Entertainment, Tech, Transportation, Distribution, or Logistics verticals.
  • Experience with mobile devices and B2B ecosystems related to Android and Cloud platforms.
  • Experience in OEM enterprise sales, carrier sales, or wireless telecom sales.
