Client Management and Enterprise Coverage, Broker Dealer - Associate / Assistant Vice President

iCapital is looking to hire an Associate / Assistant Vice President to join the iCapital Solutions team, focused on our existing Enterprise Wealth relationships within the Independent Broker Dealer (IBD) channel. This position will play a central support role in helping quarterback relationships within existing Enterprise Wealth clients, ensuring fulsome delivery and execution of our existing suite of offerings across all asset classes. The team strives to understand their clients’ needs and collaborate with other departments to deliver customized solutions and the highest quality client service and execution. This is a junior-level, technical relationship management role focused on the delivery and ongoing support of iCapital’s full suite of solutions, ranging from alternatives to structured investments, to the wealth channel.

Responsibilities

  • Support development & deepening of existing relationships with wealth managers.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, helping to ensure a positive experience and high level of engagement with iCapital’s solutions and services.
  • Assist with day-to-day relationship management activities, including client meetings, follow-ups, issue resolution, and ongoing communication.
  • Partner with internal teams to coordinate client requests, support implementation efforts, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Help identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and increase adoption of iCapital products and services.
  • Contribute to strategic and tactical initiatives aimed at enhancing the client experience and supporting business growth.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of client objectives, business priorities, and industry trends to better support client needs.
  • Support client reviews, presentations, and educational initiatives designed to drive engagement and long-term partnership.

Qualifications

  • 2–7 years of experience in client service, relationship management, account management, sales support, or a related client-facing role.
  • Experience working within or supporting wealth management, financial services, asset management, or investment firms preferred.
  • Knowledge of alternative investments is a plus but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and develop relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional client service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred or willingness to obtain.

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $85,000 to $135,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
