As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll play a key role in helping some of the largest multi-unit restaurant organizations unlock new opportunities through technology.

You'll join a high-performing team that combines industry expertise, innovation and collaboration to solve complex business challenges. Working alongside Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing and Implementation teams, you'll create meaningful partnerships with industry leaders while expanding the reach of Global Payments solutions across the restaurant technology landscape.

In this role, you’ll own the full enterprise sales journey, from identifying strategic opportunities to building long-term client relationships that drive measurable business outcomes. You'll create growth, influence technology strategies and position Global Payments as a trusted partner for some of the industry's most recognized restaurant brands. Your impact will help shape the future of commerce by delivering solutions that transform restaurant operations and guest experiences.

What you'll own

  • Drive new revenue growth by identifying, developing and closing strategic opportunities with large, multi-location restaurant brands.

  • Build and execute account strategies that create a healthy pipeline, accelerate sales cycle performance and deliver sustainable business growth.

  • Influence technology, operations and senior leadership stakeholders by connecting business challenges with solutions that create measurable value.

  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through contract execution, creating momentum that drives successful outcomes for clients and Global Payments.

  • Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers, positioning Global Payments as a strategic partner in restaurant technology innovation.

  • Expand account value by identifying cross-sell opportunities and creating long-term growth strategies that increase client success and revenue.

  • Shape tailored solutions through collaboration with Sales Engineering, Product and Implementation teams to address operational challenges and business objectives.

  • Drive forecast accuracy and pipeline visibility through disciplined opportunity management, enabling informed decisions and predictable growth.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field.

  • Five or more years of experience in enterprise sales, account management or business development within a business-to-business (B2B), Software as a Service (SaaS) or restaurant technology environment.

  • Demonstrated success closing large, strategic accounts with multi-location organizations and driving measurable revenue growth.

  • Experience responding to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), negotiating long-term agreements and partnering with legal teams throughout the sales process.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and complex buying groups.

  • Deep understanding of enterprise buying processes and the restaurant technology landscape.

  • Experience using Salesforce and other business tools to manage opportunities, forecast performance and drive results.
