We offer a competitive starting salary of €89,050.00 for this role, with salary adjustments reflecting your experience level and expertise.

Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position
- Extensive compliance or regulatory experience within Financial Services, either in-house or advisory, with strong knowledge of Financial Regulator rules and guidance.
- Proven expertise in Enterprise Risk and Operational Risk management.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams of compliance specialists and driving high-quality client delivery.
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities collaboratively, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
What type of work will I be doing?
- Providing technical expertise to assist clients in managing regulatory requirements effectively.
- Leading and managing client engagements, ensuring timely delivery and high standards.
- Interpreting and implementing regulatory requirements and developing compliance frameworks.
- Designing and delivering tailored regulatory training programmes for clients.
- Reviewing client documentation to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conducting monitoring and internal audit services focused on regulatory compliance.
- Offering on-call advisory support and secondments to client Compliance Functions.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop new business opportunities and enhance service offerings.
