The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth by offerings in BFSI sector.

1. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>New\nBusiness Acquisition & Account Growth \-<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>Drive new logo acquisition across Tier 1 BFSI enterprises\nwhile strategically developing high\-potential accounts to expand long\-term\nrevenue opportunities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>2.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>CXO\nEngagement & Consultative Selling\- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>Engage CXOs and senior stakeholders through a\nconsultative approach, aligning enterprise solutions to business priorities,\nregulatory needs, and digital transformation objectives.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>3.<\/span> <\/span>L<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>arge\nEnterprise Deal Ownership\- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>Lead\ncomplex, multi\-stakeholder transformation deals end\-to\-end, managing long sales\ncycles, commercial negotiations, and closure of high\-value contracts.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>4.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Pipeline\nDevelopment & Ecosystem Networking\- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>Build and sustain a strong sales pipeline through\nindustry networking, strategic partnerships, events, referrals, and proactive\noutreach within the BFSI ecosystem.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>
5.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>RFP\n& Executive Proposal Leadership \- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>Own the end\-to\-end RFP process including solution\npositioning, proposal creation, executive presentations, commercial\nstructuring, and competitive differentiation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

6.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Cross\-Functional\nSales Collaboration \- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>Work closely\nwith Pre\-Sales, Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure solution\nalignment, value articulation, and seamless transition from sales to execution<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • 8\-12 years of experience in business development / sales roles within BFSI domain, exp in selling CRM, CCM, DMS, CX platforms, FinTech, Digital transformation, IT services<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Strong track record of driving new business acquisition, consistently achieving revenue targets, and closing high\-value enterprise deals.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Hands\-on experience selling SaaS, CCM, CX Platforms, CRM, DMS, HRMS, FinTech, IT Services, and Digital Transformation solutions within the BFSI sector.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Established relationships with key stakeholders and decision\-makers across leading banks, NBFCs, and insurance organizations.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Ability to engage CXOs and senior stakeholders with strong communication, consultative selling, and commercial negotiation capabilities.<\/span>

  • Demonstrates strong business acumen, accountability, and the ability to independently manage complex, multi\-stakeholder sales cycles end\-to\-end.<\/span>
