Enterprise Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span>

  • Identify, prospect & qualify the potential sales opportunities of<\/span><\/span>
    <\/div><\/li><\/ul>
    our products offerings in the Large Enterprises segment in the<\/span><\/span>
    <\/div><\/div>
    assigned geography/region/industry vertical and achieve the<\/span><\/span>
    <\/div><\/div>
    sales revenue targets.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/div><\/div>
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently track<\/span><\/span>
      <\/div><\/li><\/ul>
      progress.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/div><\/div>
      • Create/maintain excellent relationships with potential<\/span><\/span>
        <\/div><\/li><\/ul>
        customers at CXO level executives.<\/span><\/span>
        <\/div><\/div>
        • Assist in conducting product demonstrations and articulate the<\/span><\/span>
          <\/div><\/li><\/ul>
          value proposition of our solutions.<\/span><\/span>
          <\/div><\/div>
          • Collaborate with cross\-functional teams, including Marketing<\/span><\/span>
            <\/div><\/li><\/ul>
            and Product, to align sales efforts with company goals.<\/span><\/span>
            <\/div><\/div>
            • Assist in preparing sales proposals, and support in closing deals<\/span><\/span>
              <\/div><\/li><\/ul>
              with customers.<\/span><\/span>
              <\/div><\/div>
              • Provide post\-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction to<\/span><\/span>
                <\/div><\/li><\/ul>
                drive repeat business.<\/span><\/span>
                <\/div><\/div>
                • Keep up\-to\-date with industry trends and competitors'<\/span><\/span>
                  <\/div><\/li><\/ul>
                  activities.<\/span><\/span>

                  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management.<\/span><\/span>

                    Requirements<\/h3>
                    Key Qualifications & Skills:<\/span><\/span>

                    • An Engineering/Masters Degree from a reputed institute<\/span><\/span>
                      <\/div><\/li>
                    • 3 \- 7 year of experience in the B2B/SaaS/Enterprise domain. Great<\/span><\/span>
                      <\/div><\/li><\/ul>
                      to have someone from the Conversational AI space.<\/span><\/span>
                      <\/div><\/div>
                      • Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders in accounts;<\/span><\/span>
                        <\/div><\/li><\/ul>
                        Effective in performing technical/functional activities required<\/span><\/span>
                        <\/div><\/div>
                        during pre\-sales stage.<\/span><\/span>
                        <\/div><\/div>
                        • Experience in Solution/Concept selling (CRM/ ERP/ Enterprise/<\/span><\/span>
                          <\/div><\/li><\/ul>
                          Contact Centers/ SaaS/ CPaaS Solutions) is desired.<\/span><\/span>
                          <\/div><\/div>
                          • Should be comfortable in understanding and explaining<\/span><\/span>
                            <\/div><\/li><\/ul>
                            technology and solutions with a consultative approach.<\/span><\/span>
                            <\/div><\/div>
                            • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.<\/span><\/span>
                              <\/div><\/li>
                            • Self\-motivated and results\-driven with a passion for sales.<\/span><\/span>

                            • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<\/span><\/span>
