Enterprise Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement account-specific sales strategies to drive growth and long-term customer value. Identify new business opportunities and position Vertiv’s solutions to address customer challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, technical teams, and procurement leaders. Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for customer success.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. Prepare compelling proposals and business cases that align with customer goals.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies. Use insights to inform sales strategies and provide feedback to internal teams.
- Work closely with internal teams such as Bid Management, Product, Marketing, and Technical Services to ensure alignment and support throughout the sales process.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline. Provide regular forecasts and performance reports to sales leadership.
- Support post-sales engagement by identifying opportunities for expansion, renewal, and long-term partnership. Ensure Vertiv remains top-of-mind for future projects.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or any related field)
- Experience and knowledge in covering data centers, colocation providers, telecom infrastructure, mechanical & electrical (M&E) sectors and Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI)
- 7+ years' experience in consultative technical sales, managing key accounts
- Excellent customer relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex accounts with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
- High level of interpersonal skills, stakeholder influencing capabilities, and strategic thinking
