Enterprise Transformation Intern
- Support the Transformation Office on high-priority initiatives that span technology, data, product, and operations across Goosehead
- Help turn ambiguous, executive-level problems into structured workstreams — conducting research, analysis, and opportunity sizing to inform decisions
- Build the analyses, models, and dashboards that bring clarity to complex problems and track initiative progress and impact
- Support applied AI and automation pilots end to end — preparing and exploring data, testing solutions, and documenting outcomes
- Prepare executive-ready materials (decks, briefs, and summaries) for leadership and steering committee reviews
- Partner cross-functionally with technology, data, product, and business teams to move initiatives forward
- Own a defined project for the summer and present your findings and recommendations to senior leadership at the end of the program
