Entertainment Coordinator
The Entertainment Coordinator will support two VPs of Current Scripted Programming and work across the NBCUniversal TV portfolio, including Peacock and NBC. The position also serves as office liaison, communicating with internal divisions, as well as the external business and creative community.
Responsibilities:
- Keep detailed records for tracking production and creative across a wide variety of shows at a very high volume
- Ensure all internal records are accurate for programming purposes
- General administrative duties including, but not limited to: managing heavy phones, scheduling, contact management, expenses, and travel
- Coordinate conference calls, meetings, table reads and run-throughs
- Assist in internal communication across NBCUniversal departments and divisions; as well as with external partners in the creative community: networks, other studios, agencies and managers.
- Maintain internal documents including programming reports, production distribution lists, submission logs, etc.
- Other tasks as assigned
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ year(s) of on-desk industry experience
- Professional phone skills, organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills
- Experience supporting executives
- Knowledge of the TV industry landscape
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and Google Workspace, including Google Sheets and Google Docss

Additional Requirements:
- Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
