[Entry Level] Bank Officer (Up to $4,000) #BTS

Responsibilities

Process new account applications for savings, current, and other consumer banking products
Verify customer information and ensure completeness of documentation
Perform data entry and system updates
Liaise with customer service managers and branch staff to resolve account opening queries
Provide timely updates on application status to internal stakeholders
Participate in process improvement initiatives
Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office
