Entry Level Java Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities

Assist in building and maintaining cloud-native full stack applications

Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot

Work with Angular to build intuitive and responsive user interfaces

Learn and apply best practices for cloud (AWS/Azure) development

Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation

Collaborate in Agile development teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Native English speaking fluency required

Solid foundation in object-oriented programming (Java preferred)

Openness to learning and using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) as part of your development workflow under the guidance of senior engineers

Coachable mindset—eager to learn best practices for validating AI-generated code and understanding when to seek human guidance on technical decisions

Exposure to web development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript or frameworks like Angular)

Willingness to learn cloud technologies, microservices, and CI/CD tools

Strong analytical and communication skills

Enthusiastic about learning and developing software that makes a difference
