Job Summary

This part-time Environmental Control Officer (ECO) role supports site activities for a PUB project near NTU, ensuring environmental compliance and control throughout the project duration.

Responsibilities

• Apply environmental control expertise to monitor and support site activities for compliance with regulatory standards on a part-time basis
• Collaborate with project teams to implement environmental management plans and mitigate environmental risks
• Maintain accurate records of environmental inspections and report findings to relevant stakeholders
• Commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week to provide consistent environmental oversight throughout the project duration

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold current Environmental Control Officer (ECO) registration with the National Environment Agency (NEA)
• Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience after ECO registration

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Availability to support site activities flexibly on a part-time basis throughout the project duration
