Environmental Service PT

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the Casino operations at all times and in all activities. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external customers of the Quinault Beach Resort and Casino operations. Develop solutions for customer concerns and continual focus on customer service as our top priority.

• Maintain cleanliness of the exterior of the casino slot machines.

• Maintain cleanliness of slot chairs.

• Maintain casino floor up to EVS department standards.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Meet or exceed productivity standards.

• Attend mandatory meetings.

• Cross training duties as assigned.

• Adhere to all QBRC Personnel Policies and Procedures, Title 97 Policy, and HR Standard Operating Procedures.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: (*Constantly, Frequently, Occasionally) While performing these job duties, the employee is regularly required to:

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs

• Constantly walking ACCESS TO SENSITIVE AREAS 2

• Gaming areas with Security and Casino Shift Manager when necessary

• Other Gaming areas with first notifying Surveillance (typically when Casino is closed)

• Any Level 13 access is only with Security Key Service supervised by Security WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Must be able to work in a smoking environment
