*REQUIRES IN OFFICE 2 DAYS PER WEEK IN SACRAMENTOEnsures exceptional customer satisfaction by providing tier 2 troubleshooting assistance. Ensures timely resolution of problems, ensures customers are informed of unresolved issues, and engages other analysts directly to resolve challenging issues.

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE
- Epic certification required upon hire
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years recent relevant experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Is a proven expert in architecture, design, development, and ongoing support to the Epic application.

Pay Range is $45.60 to $68.40 / hourThe compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled.
