Being EPS Development Project Lead at Mercedes-Benz, you will have the chance to work on a wide span of EPS Responsibilities\:

  • Take lead of EPS software and hardware development project for the full development cycle of the system\: from requirements gathering and system design to prototyping, integration testing and release.

  • Define system operating strategy based on new powertrain concept and identify new requirement towards to other involving interfaces.

  • Collect and coordinate the necessary hardware and gateways for ATG build up, ensure the correct operation with all interfaces.

  • Manage specific deliverables, collaborate with internal and external teams.

  • Define and execute system validation plans, including software and hardware testing. Solve technical problems in the EPS system development process and provide effective solutions.

  • Interface with vehicle integration and ADAS teams to achieve functional requirements through collaborative efforts.

  • Guide the creation and validation of the relevant system Functional Safety (FuSa) development.

  • Track the latest technological developments in the automotive industry and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of the EPS system.
