Equipment Associate Engineer (Shift, Semiconductor)

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, assemble and test Semiconductor equipment (Wire Bond/PCBA) and mechanical/electrical components.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues.
• Provide on-site technical support when required
• Collaborate with engineers to diagnose issues and improve systems
• Identify the cause of machine issues and implement permanent solutions.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Higher NITEC or NITEC with 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in automation, mechanical, or electrical environments, especially in semiconductor-related industries.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings is advantageous.
• 8 Hours Rotating Day & Night shifts
