Equipment\nOwnership & Maintenance<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Own and maintain assigned\n semiconductor manufacturing tools (Lithography, Etch, Diffusion, CVD, PVD,\n CMP, Implant, or Metrology).<\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure high equipment\n availability, reliability, and throughput to meet production schedules.<\/span>
<\/li>- Perform troubleshooting and\n root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve equipment and process\-related issues.<\/span>
<\/li>- Reduce tool downtime by\n implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Installation,\nHook\-up & Qualification<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Support tool installation,\n hook\-up, and commissioning activities in coordination with vendors and\n facilities teams.<\/span>
<\/li>- Execute equipment qualification\n activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) and handover to production.<\/span>
<\/li>- Assist in technology transfer,\n new product introduction (NPI), and ramp\-up activities.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Production\n& Process Support<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Provide day\-to\-day and on\-call\n equipment support for 24x7 fab operations.<\/span>
<\/li>- Work closely with Process\n Engineering and Manufacturing teams to maintain process stability and\n yield.<\/span>
<\/li>- Monitor equipment health using\n SPC/FDC charts and drive corrective actions when deviations occur.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Preventive\nMaintenance & Documentation<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Develop, execute, and\n continuously improve preventive maintenance (PM) procedures.<\/span>
<\/li>- Maintain accurate equipment\n documentation, SOPs, PM checklists, and spare parts records.<\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure compliance with\n cleanroom protocols and operational standards.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Safety,\nQuality & Compliance<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Adhere to EHS guidelines\n related to hazardous chemicals, gases, electrical systems, and vacuum\n equipment.<\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure compliance with internal\n quality systems, ISO standards, and SEMI guidelines.<\/span>
<\/li>- Participate in safety audits,\n risk assessments, and incident investigations.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Continuous\nImprovement<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Drive cost reduction,\n productivity, and cycle\-time improvement initiatives.<\/span>
<\/li>- Support automation, tool data\n analysis, and equipment performance optimization projects.<\/span>
<\/li>- Collaborate with global\n engineering teams and equipment suppliers for best\-practice\n implementation.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Education<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Bachelor\u2019s degree in <\/span>Mechanical or Mechatronics<\/span>
<\/li>- Diploma holders with relevant\n fab equipment experience may also be considered<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Experience<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- 2\u201310 years of experience in\n semiconductor manufacturing, equipment engineering, or related high\-tech\n manufacturing<\/span>
<\/li>- Hands\-on experience working in\n a cleanroom environment<\/span>
<\/li>- Exposure to 24x7 shift\n operations is an advantage<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Technical\nSkills<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Knowledge of semiconductor\n manufacturing processes and equipment fundamentals<\/span>
<\/li>- Hands\-on experience with vacuum\n systems, gas delivery systems, RF power, robotics, and PLC\-based controls<\/span>
<\/li>- Familiarity with SPC, FDC, TPM,\n and basic data analysis tools<\/span>
<\/li>- Ability to interpret electrical\n schematics, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings<\/span>

<\/p>- Strong analytical and\n troubleshooting skills<\/span>
<\/li>- Good communication skills and\n ability to work in cross\-functional teams<\/span>
